Sales & Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Monitor product availability in the market and oversee shelf display and merchandising standards via sales reports.
• Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to optimize profitability.
• Oversee the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, evaluating their impact on sales volume.
• Maintain accurate databases, track supplier orders, and ensure customer inquiries or issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage office-bound operations.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Must be based in Jeddah or ready to relocate immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing sector.
