About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to manage orders, quotes, and post-sales administrative activities.
  • Develop and share quotes for specified lead categories using standardized pricing tools under moderate supervision.
  • Process orders into the ERP system following quote acceptance and ensure timely follow-up to convert quotes into orders.
  • Support account managers and owners by performing administrative tasks and tracking previous orders.
  • Handle post-sale inquiries regarding invoicing, name/address changes, file transfers, and other support queries.
  • Provide data from internal sources to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of related experience in sales processes or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Bilingual fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong communication, administrative, and business acumen skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree (Bachelor's Degree) in a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of related professional experience.
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations to senior management and customers.
