Sales Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and revise Upfront and Scatter media plans to maximize revenue and inventory based on marketplace conditions.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing & Planning, and Traffic departments to ensure advertisers air as negotiated.
• Manage deal tracks reflecting all options and changes across networks.
• Oversee account stewardship to deliver buys across all TelevisaUnivision networks and manage liability.
• Assist Finance with monthly billing reconciliation.
• Supervise and train Sales Coordinators on all pre and post-sales support tasks.
• Maintain close communication with agency and client counterparts to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related field or industry.
• Previous experience in advertising or media.
• Experience working with Ad Sales Traffic Departments.
• Proficiency with Dealmaker and/or WideOrbit.
• Strong media math skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York office.
