Sales Performance Coach

Responsibilities

• Train rental agents to maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Coach branch managers on training techniques, sales, service, and goal-setting
• Conduct and document coaching evaluations, providing data-driven insights to leadership
• Recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture
• Act as a subject matter expert on vehicles, protection items, and ancillary products
• Analyze detailed data using AI tools and Excel to deliver tailored operational reporting
• Meet with branch and regional managers to review progress and complete detailed reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas or working in commission-based roles
• Ability to translate quantified data into concrete actions to improve performance
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned patch
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and organizational proficiency
