Sales Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing management of the sales forecasting framework
• Own elements of the budget and forecast cycle for Sales & Distribution, including budget submissions and variance analysis
• Deliver regular performance reporting to Account Managers to support customer negotiations and revenue optimisation
• Coordinate and track the progress of commercial initiatives and projects
• Develop, generate, automate and maintain commercial insights and reporting
• Build strong working relationships across the Sales Performance team and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or similar
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar analytical or commercial role
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
