About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing management of the sales forecasting framework
- Own elements of the budget and forecast cycle for Sales & Distribution, including budget submissions and variance analysis
- Deliver regular performance reporting to Account Managers to support customer negotiations and revenue optimisation
- Coordinate and track the progress of commercial initiatives and projects
- Develop, generate, automate and maintain commercial insights and reporting
- Build strong working relationships across the Sales Performance team and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or similar
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar analytical or commercial role
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Finance background
- Experience managing varying stakeholder needs and expectations
