Responsibilities

  • Identify core competency gaps within the field acquisition team through performance data and field shadowing
  • Design and implement a continuous learning curriculum focusing on negotiation, territory management, and product knowledge
  • Establish certification and tiering systems to incentivize Agent Partner growth
  • Design incentive schemes and KPIs that align with long-term network quality
  • Evaluate and recommend optimal organizational structures and spans of control
  • Analyze turnover and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a stable field force
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end SOPs for the acquisition lifecycle
  • Create audit frameworks to ensure compliance and branding standards
  • Drive the adoption of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Trade Marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, or PPOB industries
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience with CRM or SFA software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, Marketing, and Sales
  • Willingness to spend time in the field to understand agent challenges
