Sales Partnerships Manager

Rainfall Health is a fast-growing health tech company on a mission to make care delivery smarter, faster, and more equitable. Our platform helps health systems and provider groups streamline clinical workflows and close care gaps using AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential partners through cold outreach, market research, and networking events
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and C-level prospects
• Lead negotiations and manage contract compliance for referral, reseller, or co-sell agreements
• Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives and align project timelines with internal teams
• Develop KPIs to assess partnership impact and provide data-driven reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product teams to provide prospect and customer feedback

Requirements

• 4–7 years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
• Experience in health IT, digital health, or enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of building partner programs and hitting revenue targets
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with clinical and IT stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM management, cold outreach, and contract negotiation
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel approximately 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with EHR vendors, health IT consultancies, or GPOs
• Background in value-based care or population health
• Prior experience at a seed–Series B startup
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data regulations
• MBA or clinical degree (MPH, MHA, etc.)
