About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape and implement long-term business growth and sales strategy
- Develop a pipeline of programmatic and consulting opportunities through strategic networking
- Track industry trends, funding cycles, and competitor activities
- Map out client opportunities and co-create tailored solutions with internal teams
- Cultivate relationships with bilateral donors, foundations, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure strategic partnerships with Tier 1–2 companies
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, donor forums, and industry events
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or donor relations
- Experience in consulting, development, or entrepreneurship sectors
- BA in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Proven track record in fundraising and deal closure
- Deep understanding of entrepreneurship and capacity-building ecosystems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
- Fluency in French
