Sales Optimization Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence and value across business operations through performance optimization
• Act as a key liaison and partner for Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, and QM teams
• Collect and analyze performance data to drive business outcomes
• Implement training programs and manage optimization initiatives
• Ensure alignment with corporate goals, culture, and business processes
• Facilitate training and development initiatives for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, or business optimization
• Proven skills in data analysis and process improvement
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed for business development and training

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or additional certifications in Training & Development, Business Optimization, or Project Management
• Relevant certifications in business analytics or project management
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
