About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate operational projects for customer service with a focus on automation and reducing incoming contact volumes
- Manage the implementation of solutions including Salesforce, telephony systems (CTI), and AI-based tools
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean methods (Gemba Walks, Kaizen, process mapping)
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align operational needs with the roadmap
- Document, standardize, and optimize procedures to improve productivity and user experience
- Support change management through training and tool adoption
- Monitor project performance and report to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in customer service or customer operations
- Experience implementing Salesforce (Service Cloud) and telephony solutions
- Strong interest in automation and AI tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Besedo, generative AI)
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments (Product, Tech, Data, Sales)
- Analytical mindset with ability to use KPIs for prioritization
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Excellent coordination and communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion
