Sales Ops Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot and coordinate operational projects for customer service with a focus on automation and reducing incoming contact volumes
• Manage the implementation of solutions including Salesforce, telephony systems (CTI), and AI-based tools
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean methods (Gemba Walks, Kaizen, process mapping)
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align operational needs with the roadmap
• Document, standardize, and optimize procedures to improve productivity and user experience
• Support change management through training and tool adoption
• Monitor project performance and report to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in customer service or customer operations
• Experience implementing Salesforce (Service Cloud) and telephony solutions
• Strong interest in automation and AI tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Besedo, generative AI)
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments (Product, Tech, Data, Sales)
• Analytical mindset with ability to use KPIs for prioritization
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion
