Sales Operations Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
• Monitor Salesforce usage, adoption, and data accuracy across the sales team
• Assist with the development of sales dashboards and KPI reporting
• Generate reports regarding net sales, new order acquisition, pipeline, and forecasting
• Help maintain data integrity and reporting consistency within Salesforce
• Support integration between net sales reporting and pipeline activity tracking
• Assist with digital lead generation and campaign support using AI-driven research tools
• Provide analytical and administrative support to sales leadership and regional managers
• Support customer visits, trade shows, and marketing activities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with an interest in sales operations and business analytics
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
