Sales Operations & Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze sales performance data across various products, regions, and channels
• Support pricing strategy execution through discount analysis, margin tracking, and price benchmarking
• Partner with sales and finance teams to evaluate deal profitability and pricing deviations
• Develop comprehensive dashboards for revenue, margin, and pricing analytics
• Conduct variance analysis between planned versus actual pricing and margins
• Monitor pipeline management, including order booking, sales, and weekly/monthly business creation
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all pricing tools and systems
• Support bid management and quotation analysis with data-driven inputs
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement and pricing optimization
• Assist in business planning and forecasting processes

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Pricing Analytics, or Commercial Finance
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of pricing concepts including discounting, margins, and contribution analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high business acumen
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Product

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the thermal, cooling, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sectors
• Previous exposure to the Oracle (OSE) system
