Sales Operations & Support Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Estimating team to maximize support structures and enhance team efficiency
• Prioritize and execute material take-offs, ensuring data is presented accurately and timely
• Assist the Estimating team with sales quotations and manage customer emails and calls
• Confirm and update sales order information and communicate updates to relevant departments
• Complete assigned projects including quotations, take-offs, and various administrative tasks
• Support estimating duties such as reviewing drawings and technical specifications

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Sales or Quotation support role, ideally within Manufacturing or Engineering
• OR a related HND/Degree in Engineering or Business with at least 1 year of Sales/Quotation support experience
• Proven experience with material take-offs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Electrical Contracting, Engineering, or Estimating background
• Experience liaising with Contractors or Consulting Engineers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team environment
