Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute data creation, validation, and enrichment within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Perform account and contact setup, including hierarchy mapping and tagging
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all CRM systems
• Extract data from internal systems and structure it into predefined templates
• Build clean, analysis-ready datasets for sales reporting and business intelligence
• Support list creation and target list builds using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Support campaign setup and maintain regular updates in the CRM
• Create PowerPoint slides and organize data for senior team review
• Perform self-quality checks and follow standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, CRM data management, or data processing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Basic working knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Ability to handle structured datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for internal coordination and research insight delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for data presentation
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools like Co-pilot
