Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives throughout the order lifecycle
• Monitor open orders and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction
• Obtain service quotations from approved test houses and monitor progress
• Follow up with buyers regarding order status and delivery commitments
• Work closely with IDCs, Purchasing, TC, and Finance teams
• Review open order reports daily to identify orders at risk of missing ship dates
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document best practices

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, or Inventory Management
• 2+ years of experience working in a global company
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
