Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own contract administration, lifecycle coordination, and compliance tracking for the Digital Solutions business.
• Manage procurement and purchasing workflows, including purchase requests, vendor onboarding, and order monitoring.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and service level resolution.
• Support operational finance by monitoring commercial data, commissions, and incentive attainment.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable coordination, including processing checks and wires.
• Maintain consignment asset tracking and collaborate on inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Manage office administration needs, including supplies, mail processing, and facility-related vendor services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, purchasing, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and Procurement Tools.
• Ability to perform detailed contract reviews and compliance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks software.
• Experience with the administration of compensation or incentive structures.
• Background in Vendor Relationship Management.
