Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection
• Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts
• Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status
• Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis
• Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
• Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• English language skills at C1 level and Romanian at C2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Chinese language skills at B2 level
