Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and orders, from countersignature to final payment
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to manage and maintain accurate contract documentation
• Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates
• Prepare and maintain regular reports such as shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
• Issue commercial invoices and partner with finance and sales teams to monitor and follow up on payment collection and credit risk

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
• Experience in operations, sales support, or within the solar/energy industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with English at a C1 level
• Understanding of international business environments or cross-border coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Chinese language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
