Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce data integrity and coordinate end-to-end sales transactions to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Define and monitor Sales KPIs, developing Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights on deal velocity and productivity.
• Optimize regional workflows by partnering with Global Ops and Commercial teams to drive tool adoption.
• Guide Sales teams on opportunity management and ensure compliance with internal pricing and CRM standards.
• Support strategic planning efforts, including territory design, capacity modeling, and budget setting.
• Synthesize and present data-driven performance insights to senior management to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or finance.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), Excel, and Power BI.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
