About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit quotations including price creation and margin review
- Perform contract reviews and manage customer scheduling agreements and amendments
- Manage pricing files, analysis, surcharge, and rebate agreements
- Process account adjustments and manage part number files
- Maintain Customer Master Data in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate credit approval and limits with the Finance Department
- Manage customer correspondence including RFQs, drawings, samples, and PPAP
- Provide inside support for sales engineers and resolve customer issues
- Track won/lost business and assist in sales forecasting
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
Requirements
- Administrative and computer skills with MS Office and CRM/ERP software
- Strong interpersonal and business writing skills
- Detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
Preferred Qualifications
- College Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
