Sales Operations Specialist

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end to end contracting lifecycle by validating commercial requests, customer agreements, pricing terms, and billing requirements
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless contract execution
• Ensure customer contracts and commercial terms are accurately reflected across internal systems
• Support billing processes including mechanics, configurations, and tool management to ensure accurate invoicing
• Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice or payment discrepancies
• Identify operational gaps or blockers in deal execution and escalate proactively

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles
• Experience with billing or CRM & ERP tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Understanding of the commercial impact of operational decisions, including pricing and margin considerations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies
• Exposure to contracts, invoices, or payments processes
