Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial dispute resolution process by screening and classifying disputes by client or Key Account
• Analyze and validate disputes against promotional plans, contract terms, and ad-hoc agreements
• Collaborate with Key Account managers and commercial stakeholders to recommend next steps for dispute resolution
• Execute dispute approvals within SAP following proper authorization
• Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc internal and external sales reports
• Maintain and update databases required for business and sales force use
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to reports, systems, and support functions
• Coordinate customer and employee master data changes and support organizational realignments

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, customer service, or logistics
• Proficiency in SAP (experience with the dispute management module is preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Analyzer
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes
• Multilingual capabilities
