Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and implement improvements to the company CRM system
• Support Account Managers with opportunity management and customer records
• Prepare CRM training materials and SOPs for funnel management
• Monitor sales pipeline health and provide reporting on conversion rates and revenue forecasting
• Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key KPIs
• Facilitate coordination between Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
• Own CRM administration including data structure and workflow automation
• Assist with contract tracking and sales collateral maintenance

Requirements

• Experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience in the cleantech or renewable energy industry
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired
