Davis Technology Management is a successful technology company in the IT staffing, Technology Consulting and IT Managed Services sector. We support restaurants, healthcare, and corporate clients across the U.S. and are entering a major growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Own QuickBooks Online, bank and credit card reconciliations, and support month-end close
- Track revenue, COGS, margins, and support AP/AR
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and track subscription/recurring billing
- Manage vendors and distributors (Dell, Lenovo, Pax8, TD Synnex, etc.)
- Create and track purchase orders, shipments, and backorders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and track equipment cost and margins
- Improve operational workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or operations experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Proficiency in AP/AR and reconciliations
- Experience with vendor management and purchase orders
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Highly detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MSP, VAR, IT Services, AV, Construction, or Professional Services
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing and SaaS software agreements
- Procurement or purchasing operations experience
- Subscription or recurring billing experience
- Experience with CRM tools such as ConnectWise or HubSpot
