Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient execution of the order cycle by proactively resolving purchase order issues and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the complete order flow from reception to delivery, identifying deviations such as data errors, logistical delays, or incorrect commercial conditions.
• Act as a key operational liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and aligned responses.
• Lead the collaborative forecasting process with customers and sales teams to align expected demand and identify market trends.
• Analyze operational and commercial data, including key indicators like cycle times and service levels, to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the public tender pipeline by validating requirements, timelines, and conditions to ensure alignment between sales and operations.
• Transform data into actionable insights to anticipate commercial opportunities and optimize planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar sales operations or support roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills, assertive communication, and ability to work effectively in a team.
