Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the field sales team and manage relationships with specialist dealers
• Provide technical and regulatory advice to customers regarding medical technology
• Create and calculate quotes using SAP (SD) and TruTops Quote (TTQ)
• Manage documentation and customer data within Salesforce (SFDC)
• Execute end-to-end order management, including product configuration and delivery coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, project management, and finance
• Handle after-sales services, including complaint processing and customer communication regarding order status
• Ensure compliance with medical technology regulatory requirements and maintain accurate reporting

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Several years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or order management
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the SD module
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC)
• Technical understanding of products, ideally within the medical technology sector
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification as a medical device consultant
• Experience with public tenders and procurement regulations (e.g., VOB/VOL)
