Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and enter orders into the order management system including customer purchase orders, samples, and RMAs
• Validate orders for accuracy, contract terms, licensing details, and revenue recognition compliance
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve order discrepancies and billing issues
• Track order status, fulfillment timelines, and escalate delivery issues
• Generate order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents
• Support month-end and quarter-end order processing deadlines
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
• Drive the RMA approval process from communication to fulfillment
• Act as a liaison to manage sample requests for NPI products and development boards
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in order administration or sales operations
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, CPQ, or SAP
• Understanding of supply chain, forecasting, billing terms, incoterms, and revenue recognition
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global technology company
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements
• Prior experience with quote-to-cash workflows
• Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools
