Sales Operations Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order lifecycle for Asia distributors and commercial networks
• Process back-catalog and new-release distributor orders ensuring compliance
• Manage EDI order transmission exceptions and investigate errors
• Coordinate outbound execution with 3PL warehouses and manage transport bookings
• Support monthly demand and supply planning by updating inventory data
• Handle distributor disputes, returns, and damaged stock recoveries
• Drive process improvements and support workflow upgrades in SAP and SharePoint
• Maintain KPI reporting for order turnaround and launch readiness
• Coordinate FTA processing and documentation for preferential duty rates

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Administration
• Expertise in end-to-end order management and customer compliance
• Hands-on experience with ERP tools such as SAP
• Working knowledge of EDI processes and issue resolution
• Understanding of outbound logistics and 3PL warehouse coordination
• Strong analytical skills for KPI definition and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation platforms like SharePoint
• Exposure to master data governance (MDG) processes
• Continuous improvement experience (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Background in consumer electronics, gaming, or fast-paced product launch environments
