About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM, reporting, forecasting, and BI tools to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
  • Design and deploy AI-driven workflow automations for lead routing, follow-ups, and renewals to increase rep productivity.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to maintain forecasting models, quota analysis, and compensation tracking.
  • Build dashboards to provide visibility into funnel health, rep performance, and win/loss drivers.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the sales process, from lead handoffs to contracting and renewals.
  • Create AI-driven automation systems for consistent lead generation and deal opportunities by vertical and geography.
  • Run deal operations for complex enterprise and cross-border deals, including pricing governance and custom terms.
  • Manage sales onboarding operations and enablement infrastructure to accelerate new rep ramp time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot CRM and BI tooling.
  • Experience with revenue automation and the latest AI sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong systems-thinking approach to data and pipeline management.
