Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce.com (CRM) including reporting on leads, opportunities, and pipeline
• Track and report on Sales Incentive Plans
• Oversee distribution inventory management, including DRP setup and warehouse resupply processes
• Conduct market tracking, research, and pricing management with margin analysis
• Monitor order entry guidelines and policies
• Support marketing activities such as sales promotions, campaigns, and trade shows
• Assist with product launches, quoting, and automated system configuration
• Manage technical data including new part numbers, BOM, MRP data, and routing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience with Marketing Automation Systems
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and ERP Systems
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all business levels
