About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full deal lifecycle including quotes, POs, invoicing, contracts, and DPA negotiations
- Manage and coach a team of BDRs and Sales Operations staff
- Build and maintain sales tools and automations using HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, and Zapier
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Security Engineers, and Legal for complex procurement and compliance
- Utilize AI to query data warehouses, build trackers, and surface actionable sales insights
- Support customers and partners with student data privacy and compliance requirements
- Prioritize team workload and manage projects across diverse time zones and currencies
Requirements
- Proven experience running sales ops or revenue ops at a SaaS company
- Experience managing people and teams
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python for debugging scripts and code
- Advanced ability to work with AI agents and integrate them into workflows
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of edtech procurement processes for government and school districts
