About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full deal lifecycle including quotes, POs, invoicing, contracts, and DPA negotiations
  • Manage and coach a team of BDRs and Sales Operations staff
  • Build and maintain sales tools and automations using HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, and Zapier
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Security Engineers, and Legal for complex procurement and compliance
  • Utilize AI to query data warehouses, build trackers, and surface actionable sales insights
  • Support customers and partners with student data privacy and compliance requirements
  • Prioritize team workload and manage projects across diverse time zones and currencies

Requirements

  • Proven experience running sales ops or revenue ops at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing people and teams
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Python for debugging scripts and code
  • Advanced ability to work with AI agents and integrate them into workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of edtech procurement processes for government and school districts
