About the role
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline health, stage integrity, and inspection standards for the Direct Sales motion
- Lead weekly forecasting cadence and pressure-test assumptions with Sales leadership
- Analyze funnel performance, velocity, win rates, and deal quality by segment and rep cohort
- Improve territory design, account assignments, quota coverage, and capacity frameworks
- Partner with Business Systems, Enablement, Finance, SDR Ops, Marketing, and Product to reduce friction and improve adoption
- Translate field insights into reporting, process, and workflow improvements
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Strong forecasting, pipeline, and CRM process skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and surface actionable insights
- Experience with territory, quota, and capacity planning
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Track record of improving operational rigor and seller efficiency
