Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for new sales hires
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral
- Define and document sales methodologies, qualification criteria, and stage definitions
- Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
- Track and report on KPIs such as win rates, conversion by stage, and rep productivity
Requirements
- Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations
- High proficiency with HubSpot CRM and tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and buyer journeys
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
