Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for new sales hires
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral
  • Define and document sales methodologies, qualification criteria, and stage definitions
  • Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
  • Track and report on KPIs such as win rates, conversion by stage, and rep productivity

Requirements

  • Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations
  • High proficiency with HubSpot CRM and tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and buyer journeys
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
