Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to support revenue growth
• Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning
• Develop and deliver sales enablement resources including playbooks, dashboards, and training materials
• Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting tools using CRM and BI platforms
• Provide insights on KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and quota attainment
• Own and administer CRM systems to ensure data integrity and adoption
• Evaluate and manage sales tools for prospecting, automation, and reporting
• Support annual and quarterly sales planning, including headcount modeling and territory design
• Collaborate with Finance on commission structures and incentive programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience working in high-growth environments
