About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales Development organization
  • Maintain and improve operational processes including lead management, routing, and territory support
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline generation and conversion rates
  • Execute operational initiatives and system enhancements, including tools like Outreach and Nooks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development leaders, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve team efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Claude, Tableau, Looker, Gong, Outreach, or SQL
  • Experience working closely with Sales Development teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
  • Experience in an AI-focused company
