Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and continuously improve HubSpot CRM as the single source of truth
• Enforce data integrity, clean records, and accurate forecasting
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
• Maintain rate cards and pricing models for sponsorship and integration packages
• Serve as the deal desk, reviewing proposals and contracts for accuracy and alignment
• Manage master view of available sponsorship and ad inventory across all properties
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, bookings, forecast, and win rates
• Run cross-functional projects from systems rollouts to new packaging launches
• Act as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership to model scenarios and prioritize focus

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
• Experience in media, advertising, sports, entertainment, or creator/content business preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Analytical proficiency with spreadsheets and BI/reporting tools
• Hands-on CRM administration expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Clear communication skills for explaining complex data to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience pricing or managing ad/sponsorship inventory in a media business
• Familiarity with deal desk, contracts, or revenue operations best practices
• Proven track record as a strategic partner to sales or revenue leaders
