About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch to power the B2B revenue engine
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including data models, pipeline stages, automations, and reporting
- Build and maintain prospecting and enrichment workflows using Clay and LinkedIn
- Implement and optimize conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insight
- Identify and build AI-enabled workflows for lead scoring, call summarization, and forecasting
- Build dashboards for real-time pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data alignment
Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Practical experience building with AI tools within a sales workflow
- Proven track record of architecting new systems and processes from loose briefs
- Technical mindset with comfort in data, integrations, and automation logic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling a sales ops function at an early or growth-stage startup
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools like Zapier or Make
- Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions
- Experience working within remote and distributed teams
