Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club operations and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Manage the full membership lifecycle including applications, onboarding, and CRM data integrity
• Oversee member benefits and token redemption programs such as ski passes and parking
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members to foster relationships and resolve inquiries
• Coordinate member communications, events, and seasonal programs
• Monitor and enforce Club rules and regulations
• Support financial management by tracking expenses, forecasting budgets, and managing labor costs
• Partner with Accounting to manage annual membership dues collection

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in sales and marketing
• Previous leadership experience within the private club sector preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
