About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue infrastructure, including CRM, forecasting models, and the entire GTM toolstack
- Design and implement the company's first sales operations playbook from scratch
- Lead full implementation cycles for new tools, including evaluation, vendor negotiation, rollout, and ROI measurement
- Own forecast accuracy and design robust forecasting processes
- Drive cross-functional projects across Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align GTM processes
- Manage build-vs-buy decisions and direct vendor budget negotiations
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep Salesforce architecture experience; must have designed or rebuilt instances from scratch
- Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, zero-to-one startup environments (pre-Series B preferred)
- Strong financial literacy regarding quota setting, compensation plan design, and unit economics
- Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Top-tier consulting background with a focus on structured problem solving and financial modeling
- Native fluency and high comfort level with AI tooling
- Experience with pricing, packaging, territory design, or account segmentation
- Experience driving projects through cross-functional influence without formal authority
