Sales Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team by planning, prioritizing, and scheduling activities to ensure effective resource utilization and achievement of targets.
• Manage and support the Salesforce.com platform, focusing on sales order entry, customer invoicing, patient registrations, and sales analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes to boost sales force productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales operations activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to meet required metrics.
• Handle complex or large sales orders to maintain positive customer relations.
• Provide monthly metric reports to the Sales Operations Manager for leadership review.
• Provide direction, coaching, and motivation to team members to achieve expected goals and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or completion of at least 50% of university curriculum).
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a Customer Service role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience working with SAP.
