Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the team with data-driven operational tasks and analytics-focused sales projects
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines
• Develop data models that improve reporting accuracy and enable deeper sales performance insights
• Work with SQL to extract, clean, and structure data from various internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
• Present insights through clear, visually compelling reports and presentations
• Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance, reporting standards, and analytics workflows

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business analytics, data science, economics, business informatics, statistics, or a related field
• Mandatory internship required by your university, lasting 5-6 months
• Strong interest in data analytics, sales performance metrics, and process optimization
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling concepts
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
