Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in managing sales contracts and navigating internal systems and offline processes
• Act as a connector between HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to coordinate project execution
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, invoicing, payments, and delivery updates
• Assist in preparing regular reports and analysis, including shipment tracking and weekly/monthly sales forecasts
• Support the issuance of invoices and collaborate with Finance and Sales teams on payment follow-up
• Monitor credit limits and flag shipment-related payment risks to maintain a healthy order pipeline

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
• Exposure to international trade, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Strong analytical and data handling capabilities with an interest in turning numbers into insights
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems
• Confident English communication skills at a C1 level or above (written and spoken)
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across different teams and time zones
