Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operations team by preparing and sending required documentation to customers
• Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy
• Provide administrative and operational support for sales proposals and commercial documentation
• Complete Due Diligence processes for the onboarding of new customer accounts
• Monitor and follow up on parts management and conversions across stakeholders
• Track and follow up on customer-generated tickets to ensure prompt resolution
• Assist analysts in the development and maintenance of KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales processes

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Previous internship or professional experience in commercial, sales support, or operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting
• Advanced Power BI knowledge with the ability to build and maintain dashboards
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and process automation tools
