Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development of automations and internal tools to improve sales team efficiency
• Collaborate on the maintenance and evolution of operating systems used by the sales force
• Produce operational reporting and support process performance monitoring
• Participate in cross-functional projects regarding operational transformation initiatives
• Investigate data discrepancies, propose corrections, and implement solutions
• Contribute to the mapping, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end commercial processes
• Work with an integrated AI assistant within the daily workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong interest in operational efficiency, automation, and process design
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation
• High level of autonomy and proactivity
• Proficiency in Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming logic is a plus
• Fluent Italian and working proficiency in English (B2+)
