About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRM, managing configuration, workflows, and automations
- Monitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity while conducting regular audits
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and track key recruiting metrics
- Build scorecards, dashboards, and forecasting tools for leadership
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, market launches, and strategic planning
- Monitor team performance against benchmarks and identify coaching opportunities
- Document and maintain departmental processes and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate onboarding for new growth team members, including documentation and 30-60-90 day plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Proven experience owning and administering CRM platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations
