Sales Operations Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including contract registration, order entry, and inventory monitoring within the ERP system.
• Coordinate daily operations between Commercial, Logistics, Credit Management, and Facility Management teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintain master data and contracts in the ERP system, including managing advance payment requests and supporting credit limit releases.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISCC, and other financial, tax, and legal requirements during audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Drive digital transformation by participating in projects to automate manual ordering and invoicing processes.
• Support organizational change by developing self-service models and implementing best practices in sales operations.
• Mentor and onboard new colleagues to ensure high-quality operational standards.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in Order to Cash, sales operations, logistics, or financial processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner.
• Category B driver's license is a plus.
