About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance monitoring and business analysis across channels, distributors, territories, and brands
- Ensure operational alignment between sales targets, execution priorities, and commercial objectives
- Monitor and improve distributor performance, operational compliance, and execution quality
- Partner with sales field teams to strengthen customer coverage and productivity
- Monitor inventory health, stock availability, and distributor stock management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to minimize stock issues and improve forecast accuracy
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and distributor partners
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven work experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret internal and external sales data to suggest process improvements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and reporting
