Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Track sales funnels and operational business drivers to provide regular business insights
• Manage sales lead processes for direct channels, ensuring lead quality and efficient assignment
• Oversee self-serve management, including daily reporting, monthly closing, and finance closing
• Manage account management tasks, such as daily balance top-ups for B2C and self-serve accounts
• Provide monthly reporting on revenue, sales figures, and client performance
• Support sales productivity by maintaining accurate reporting and managing sales data and tools
• Ensure CRM applications are updated and collaborate with product experts to enhance system flows
• Manage courier operations, including daily shipments, invoicing, and pipeline tracking
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to resolve operational obstacles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven decision-making mentality with strong analytical thinking
