About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for and negotiate with current and potential clients to increase product distribution and presence.
- Drive Sell-Out by ensuring correct execution at the Point of Sale to increase company Sell-In.
- Negotiate with shelf promoters to ensure brand presence and product availability in retail chains.
- Monitor and improve Point of Sale performance through progress reports and activities to reduce inventory days.
- Supervise the implementation of assigned tasks through constant follow-up and scheduled visits.
- Generate timely reports regarding displays, pricing, and Sell-Out progress to manage promoter incentives.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Titulado).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales operations role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
