Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure pricing for each retail chain aligns with the company's commercial strategy through daily monitoring.
• Negotiate shelf space and brand displays with promoters to ensure product availability and brand presence.
• Supervise the promoter team's daily routes, tools, and report usage to guarantee correct commercial execution in stores.
• Provide administrative support to the promoter team, acting as an intermediary for matters such as vacations and uniforms.
• Generate weekly and monthly result reports using Excel to identify sales trends, findings, and areas of opportunity.
• Implement Trade Marketing and Marketing support at the point of sale through effective promoter execution.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of professional work experience.
• Degree in Administration (LAE), Management (LEM), Marketing (LEC), or related fields.
• Technical knowledge in negotiation, commercial client management, and administration.
• Valid driver's license (ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles).
